1. Account & Use
- Each user must maintain a unique account and is responsible for its management.
- The Service is an assistive tool; final diagnosis and treatment remain the responsibility of the medical professional.
2. Pricing & Billing (Monthly subscription, excl. VAT, auto-renewal)
- Basic – $299/month
- Includes 20 AI analyses
- Overage: $19/case (10-pack $180)
- No expert review, no cloud storage
- Smart – $649/month
- Includes 50 analyses + 5 expert reviews (10–15 min each)
- Extra analysis: $15/case (10-pack $140)
- Extra expert review: $99/case
- Advanced – $1,199/month
- Includes 150 analyses + 15 expert reviews + 1TB storage
- Extra analysis: $13/case (10-pack $120)
- Extra expert review: $79/case
- Extra storage: $100/TB/month
👉 All quotas reset each billing cycle; unused units do not carry over.
3. Refund Policy
- No refund once a subscription cycle has started.
- Example: If you purchase a 6-month plan and use the Service, 1 month is non-refundable; only the remaining 5 months will be refunded.
- The first paid cycle after the 3-day Free Trial is non-refundable.
4. Data Use
- Uploaded videos/images remain the property of the user.
- Caimi may process content as needed to operate the Service.
- De-identified/aggregated data may be used for AI improvement, quality management, and research/statistics.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided “as-is” without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Caimi’s liability is limited to the greater of (i) fees paid in the past 12 months, or (ii) USD 100.
6. Termination & Governing Law
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, non-payment, or security risks.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Jurisdiction: Seoul Central District Court.
